Feeling stressed, overwhelmed, stuck, or disconnected in these times? More emotionally activated than you want to be?

Come to our interactive, engaging community workshop to deepen our collective capacities to:

  • Take care of ourselves mentally and physically so we are more present and useful to our communities
  • Practice ways to re-center when a hot a button is hit and we feel overly activated
  • Build more effective connections with our communities

 Join us for 45 minutes of gentle grounding and yoga activities.

Wear comfortable clothes and bring a mat if you have one, or you can do activities in a chair.

We’ll have snacks and socializing afterward.
